My backround
My background.
Since as far back as I can remember I have been a maker. I was born in London and came from a family who were always making things. I eventually went to Maidstone School of Art and got a first class honours degree in sculpture. Then I took a slight change in direction and did a course in specialist woodwork. After a short stint working for a furniture maker I went the London College of Furniture and did cabinet making. Straight after this I set up my business. That was in 1986 and I have been working as a self employed furniture maker ever since.
